Communications Misunderstood

So the battle continues...
Us ~ verses ~ Them,
A war of the minds...
Let the mind games begin.

You provide our foundation...
We're at your command,
We do all of your bidding...
As you always demand.

Your standards' so high...
Forever trying to meet them,
Accepting your challenge...
Without rhyme or reason.

As time goes on, conviscation begins...

First our priveledges, then our honor,

And when we transend,

You try to take our pride...Without success...

So, the war still goes on...

Ne'er side will not budge,

Coming face to face...

Each giving a nudge.

Compromisation is not an option...

Your way or the highway,

The pressure's on, let your conscience be your guide...

And who suffers from all of this tension...

Everyone does, both sides...

Happy people are productive people.

Do you not understand that?

When will you learn that angry people are just that?

Respect is recieved by respect which is given....

And as for our minds...

They grow stronger each day.

The will to survive,

Shall keep them that way.

So for future reference, as you gather your weapons,

Just remember one thing...

We are a peaceful people.

Here to do what we're supposed to do.

It is you who are fighting the battle, honestly.

Not us, we're just trying to survive...
